The focus of this week was organizing our
plate images. As mentioned previously the team had treated plastics and
different types of Pseudomonas species bacteria ready to be co-incubated. To
co-incubate, the plastics and bacteria, Liquid broth (LB), PIA & PF plates
were used (figure 1). Once the plate images are organized species by species and plastic
types by plastic types, they’ll be ready for our poster presentation. But,
that’s a long way to go. We still need other sections to work on, and
hopefully, we will be ready to go. Also, I can’t ignore the fact that the
project background for STEM took some time.
